Foylee ("Foylee", "we", "us") provides an AI front desk for real estate agents, teams and brokerages ("Clients"). It answers inquiries from people interested in buying, selling or renting a home ("Leads") by text message, qualifies them and books appointments. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version. We only text people who gave consent. We never sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email, mobile number, brokerage name, team size, and anything you write in a form or message.
Lead information from our Clients. When a Lead contacts one of our Clients (for example through a listing portal, website form or ad), we receive the details the Lead submitted, such as name, phone number, email, the property of interest and their message.
Conversation data. The content, date and time of text messages and calls handled by Foylee, and the answers a Lead gives (for example timeline, budget, area or pre-approval status).
Consent records. When, where and how a person agreed to receive texts, and any opt-out request.
Technical data. Basic information our website and service providers log automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use information

To reply to inquiries, qualify Leads, schedule appointments and send related reminders and follow-ups on behalf of our Clients.
To respond to demo requests and provide customer support.
To keep records of consent and honor opt-out requests.
To operate, secure, and improve our service, including reviewing conversations for quality.
To comply with law and with telecommunications carrier rules.

Text messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who have given consent, for example by checking a consent box on a form or by texting us first. Messages relate to the inquiry the person made: answers to questions, appointment scheduling, reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

With the Client the Lead contacted. The real estate agent, team or brokerage you inquired with receives your details and conversation so they can serve you.
With service providers who help us run Foylee, such as messaging and phone carriers, cloud hosting, AI model providers, calendar and CRM tools our Clients use (for example Follow Up Boss or Google Calendar). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.

Fair housing

Foylee is designed to talk about homes and the buying, selling or renting process. It does not ask about or use protected characteristics such as race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service to our Clients and to meet legal and carrier record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Consent and opt-out records are kept for at least the period required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@foylee.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. If you contacted a specific agent or brokerage, we may forward your request to them.

Children

Foylee is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
